If you are a presenter, make sure that the same e-mail address when registering was used for submitting.
*We highly recommend that you use a credit card to pay for your registration.

The registration fee includes:
On campus*
- On campus participation at the plenary and parallel sessions

- Reception at the Stockholm City Hall the 15th

- You will also experience different parts of Stockholm when we change locations durings the conference

*On campus-participation also makes it possible to book a seat at the conference dinner which will be hosted at Subtopia’s premises in Alby. It is also possible to stay during the 18th of June when a range of sustainability tours and excursions will be made available for participants to book at cost price.

Scientific papers and presentations
Papers vs. registration: Full papers and posters will be included in the Conference Proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee until May 2. One registration (any category) covers a maximum of two papers. Abstracts will be included in Book of Abstracts according to the same principle.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of €35 (online) or €180 (on campus) will be applied for conference registrations that are canceled before or on the 14th of May, 2022. After this date, no refunds can be issued. If your category fee is lower than the cancellation fee, no refunds can be issued.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover, and expenses incurred in the event is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking your travel.
